2.  For price what we agree is inc shipping cost to your office ,only promise go out of china,for this we will send you tracking nubmer ,if your custom catch your pakage,we will not responsible for replacement or refund.(if you pay usd10.00/prs more before shipment,then will 100% replacement or refund ) 

3. Delivery time: stock 7 business days to your office by express .   

4.We are in no way responsible for any actions of your country customs.  

   If your package is held at your country customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is nothing we can do about it and you will not be offered a refund! ( If you charge extra $5/pair of insurance, I will bear your lose of custom)
